Right to Food Bangladesh-RtF BD works towards ensuring right to food and nutritional security for all the people of the country and now around 916 organizations across Bangladesh are the members of the Platform and WAVE hosts its Secretariat.
WAVE Foundation organized an experience sharing meeting about Experience on Right to Food Movement with foreign delegates.
A Sharing Meeting on `Experience on Right to Food Movement’ was held on 4th September at Santoor Restaurant, Dhaka. Right to Food Bangladesh took the opportunity to meet a delegation from India related to movement on Right to Food. share our experience from both side.
Delegations from India are as follows: Harsh Mander, Director, CES and ex – Food Commissioner, India; Kavita Shrivastava, Convenor, Right to Food Campaign, India; Ajay Jakhar, Chairman, Bhartiya Krishak Samaj, India; Anuradha Talwar, Pashchim Bengal Khet Mazdoor Sangh, India. Mr. Fazle Hossain Badsha, MP and a number of academicians & civil society members also participated in the event.
